Want more than simply managing symptoms

Hi, I am Natalie. Lets make lasting change.
Maybe you understand why you do what you do. You know where some of your patterns came from, you’ve done plenty of reflecting, and you may even be good at talking yourself through things. But knowing where something comes from doesn’t always mean you know how to change it. You may be tired of repeating the same patterns in your relationships, feeling disconnected from yourself, or simply knowing that you want something to be different.
My approach to therapy goes beyond simply talking about what happened. Together, we’ll explore how your experiences have shaped the way you think, feel, relate, and respond today and work toward creating change that actually lasts.
I’ll help you make sense of your story without letting your past define you. We’ll work toward greater self-awareness, healthier relationships, emotional regulation, and a deeper sense of connection to yourself and your life.
You don’t have to have everything figured out before you walk through the door. You just have to be willing to start. I’ll meet you where you are, and we’ll work toward where you want to be.

Find the Support You’re Looking For
You don’t have to keep repeating the same patterns or figuring everything out on your own. Whether you’re navigating the effects of past experiences, struggling in your relationships, or feeling stuck despite your best efforts, therapy can help you understand what’s underneath and create meaningful, lasting change.
Trauma & Complex Trauma
Past experiences can continue to shape how you see yourself, respond to stress, and connect with others long after the events themselves have passed. Whether you’re working through a significant traumatic experience or the quieter, less obvious wounds of growing up, therapy can help you understand these patterns, process what you’ve been carrying, and develop a greater sense of safety and self-trust.
Relationships & Attachment
Relationships can bring up some of our deepest fears, insecurities, and long-standing patterns. You may find yourself overthinking, struggling to trust, pulling away when things feel uncomfortable, or repeatedly experiencing the same dynamics with different people. Therapy can help you understand your attachment patterns, work through past relationship wounds, and build healthier connections while staying grounded in who you are.
High Achievers
Being driven, capable, and motivated can be a strength, but it can also come with constant pressure to do more, get things right, or prove your worth. You may appear to have everything together while privately struggling with perfectionism, self-doubt, burnout, or difficulty slowing down. Therapy can help you understand what drives these patterns so you can continue pursuing your goals with greater balance, confidence, and freedom.
Addiction & Substance Use
Substance use often develops as a way to cope with difficult emotions, painful experiences, stress, or patterns that feel hard to change. Whether you’re questioning your relationship with substances, working toward recovery, or struggling to maintain changes, therapy can help you understand what’s driving the behavior and develop healthier ways to cope. The goal is to move beyond simply changing a behavior and begin building a life that feels meaningful, connected, and sustainable.
Loved Ones of Addiction
Loving someone who struggles with addiction can leave you feeling caught between wanting to help and needing to protect yourself. You may find yourself worrying, trying to manage situations you cannot control, questioning what to believe, or feeling guilty when you set limits. Therapy can help you understand these patterns, establish boundaries that align with your values, and care for yourself while navigating the challenges of loving someone affected by addiction.
Grief & Loss
Grief can affect far more than how you feel after a loss. It can change your sense of identity, your relationships, your expectations for the future, and how you move through everyday life. Whether you’re grieving the death of someone you love or navigating another significant loss, therapy offers space to process the emotions that come with it without feeling rushed to move on. Together, we can work toward finding meaning, reconnecting with yourself, and learning how to carry your loss while continuing to live fully.
Christian Counseling
Your faith can be an important part of how you understand yourself, navigate challenges, and find meaning in difficult seasons. Christian counseling integrates biblical wisdom with evidence-based therapeutic approaches to help you work through emotional struggles, understand long-standing patterns, and strengthen your relationships. Whether you’re feeling stuck, questioning old beliefs about yourself, or wanting your faith to play a more intentional role in your healing, therapy can support growth that honors both your emotional well-being and your relationship with God.
How therapy works for you
1. Start the Conversation
We'll begin with a complimentary 15-minute consultation. This is a chance to tell me what brings you to therapy, ask any questions you have, and get a sense of whether working together feels like the right fit. Finding the right therapist is important, and I want you to feel confident in that decision.
2. Focus on You
We'll meet weekly, every other week, or through an Intensive, depending on what works best for you. Together, we'll get underneath the patterns that are keeping you stuck, work through difficult experiences, and create meaningful change at a pace that feels supportive and manageable.
3. Create Lasting Change
As you develop a deeper understanding of yourself, you'll begin to feel more confident in how you navigate your emotions, relationships, and life. We'll work toward healthier relationships, stronger boundaries, deeper intimacy, and a life that feels more aligned with who you are.
